To make a booking, you must provide accurate and complete information. A booking is confirmed only after we send you a written confirmation via email. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion. All travelers must have valid travel documents (passport, visa) for entry into Egypt. Cairo Calling is not responsible for denied entry due to invalid documentation.

All prices are listed in the currency shown on our website and include the services described in the tour/service details. Prices do not include personal expenses, travel insurance, visa fees, or items not explicitly mentioned in the itinerary. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or changes in government taxes. Any price changes will be communicated before confirmation.

Payment must be made according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking. We accept payments via the methods displayed on our website. Full payment is typically required before the start of the tour or service. In case of non-payment by the due date, Cairo Calling reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund of any deposit paid.

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety concerns, or operational requirements. In such cases, we will provide suitable alternatives of equal or higher value. If significant changes are necessary, you will be notified as soon as possible and may be offered the option to accept the changes or receive a refund.

Travelers are responsible for: • Ensuring they are physically fit to participate in booked activities • Following the instructions of tour guides and local regulations • Obtaining appropriate travel insurance • Respecting local customs, traditions, and laws • Arriving at designated meeting points on time Cairo Calling is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from a traveler's failure to follow instructions or local laws.

Cairo Calling acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, transport companies, etc.). We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by the actions or omissions of third-party service providers. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cairo Calling and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
